Our objective is to support Californians’ efforts to improve economic competitiveness and protect environmental quality in matters relating to land, air and water resources in agricultural, rural, urban and natural landscape settings.
To achieve this objective, we provide Californians with continuing education and scientific research and advice in addressing agricultural, natural resources, and environmental quality issues as they relate to water, soils, and the atmosphere.
