Welcome to the LAWR Spring newsletter! I became department chair at the beginning of the year and I am quickly learning the business. Will Horwath (Vice-Chair) and Christel Cantlin (Department Manager) have been tremendous in bringing me up to speed and easing the transition. We thank Mike Singer for his service as interim department chair during the fall quarter and wish him well in making up for lost time in his retirement activities.
